The process of making this book was a way to offer something physical to my past self - a bookmark as a way to move on in a new city. How can one mark evolution within oneself when the work is so deep and personal? The process was investigating the process itself - trusting it, being fully present and immersed. It embraced undoing old patterns, and overthinking - a practice of unpracticing. It was playful like making crafts as children with different types of paper, stickers and folding.
